Refund & Returns Policy
We offer a 7-day return window, which means you may request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The product is defective or damaged
- The wrong item was received
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and unworn, and remain in the same condition as when received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, which must be unopened and untorn
- All original tags must remain attached
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
Due to the nature of our products, any item with opened or torn packaging is not eligible for return, even if the product itself has not been used.
If the packaging has been opened or damaged, we are unable to process a return. As a courtesy, we may instead provide a 30% discount code for a future purchase.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is not free. If your return request is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Items returned without prior authorization or without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide clear photos so we can assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products with opened or torn packaging
- Personal care or hygiene-related products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous or flammable materials
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to request a return for the eligible product, if approved, and place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to destinations within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
To qualify for a return under this policy, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original, unopened, and untorn packaging
- Have all tags attached
- Include proof of purchase
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request is approved or rejected.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at PetCustomerHelpCenter@gmail.com.
