Estimated Delivery Time

In most cases, orders are delivered within 8–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, order volume, customs processing, and carrier performance.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to a wide range of destinations, including all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Canada, selected European countries, the United Kingdom, and Australia. The shipping methods shown at checkout may vary depending on the delivery address.

Standard Shipping Estimates

  • Many destinations in Europe and Canada: approximately 5–15 business days
  • Australia: approximately 10–18 business days

Expedited Shipping Estimates

  • Canada: approximately 5–7 business days
  • Selected European destinations and the United Kingdom: approximately 5–10 business days
  • Australia: approximately 5–9 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking website. Tracking information may also be available through the order details or tracking tools on our website.

Address Changes

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our support team as soon as possible at [email protected]. We may be able to help update the address before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, we are generally unable to modify the delivery address.
